About The Therapists
Camp Arnold is a Jacksonville, Florida native . Chronic low back pain was the blessing in disguise that brought him to his first neuromuscular massage session. After three sessions followed by postural changes and follow ups, his symptoms and pain were alleviated. This also planted the seed of pursuing a career in the field of neuromuscular massage therapy. After graduating from Southeastern School of Massage with emphasis on neuromuscular treatment, he attended a 100 hour course to receive his Neuromuscular Certificate. Client care and correcting imbalances through massage are what he strives to accomplish through each session. In addition to his passion for bodywork, he tries to maintain a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. He believes in living consciously through diet choices, functional exercise, and plenty of time for fun and relaxation. When Camp is not performing bodywork or furthering his education, you can always find him in the ocean enjoying whatever comes his way.
Born in Wyoming, Megan's family moved to coastal Beaufort when she was 2 years old and she has needed to be by the ocean ever since. Megan's love for the body and movement began during her childhood gymnastics training from age 5 to 15 and transpired as she began surfing as a teenager. Through these roots, she became engrained with the importance of mind, body, and nutrition dynamics. In her late teens and early twenties, her love of travel took her through Central America, Peru, and Puerto Rico where she first began experiencing bodywork and other natural health approaches. A deeper connection was sparked and at the age of 18 she she attended South Eastern School of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated in 2006.
